MISCELLANEOUS DUTIES-ROUTING AND RISKS OF SHIPMENT
Manufacturer reserves the right to route all shipments of goods to distributor. Delivery of the goods by manufacturer to a carrier shall constitute delivery to distributor. After delivery to a carrier, manufacturer shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, or any delay in transit. Whenever manufacturer permits distributor to route any shipment, distributor shall select only carriers having qualifications, under applicable federal and state laws and regulations, permitting those carriers to transport the goods over the routes to be used.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
